Hello. I recently installed a Zodiac M6 Elite. I also installed a valve to switch from the skimmer to the dedicated port on my pool. I've got everything functioning as expected and I currently have it setup to show on the feature tab. However, I'd like to be able to prevent the pool motor from going above a certain flow (24gpm) when that feature is enabled to prevent too much flow through the cleaner and damaging it. Most likely to happen is for someone in my family turning on the water feature, which runs at 55gpm, or Pool High, which runs at 60gpm. I will certainly try to train my family not to turn those on when the cleaner is enabled, but is there a more bulletproof way of setting it up in the configuration? I've read through the manual several times and have went through all screens of the ScreenLogic Configurator and nothing is jumping out as a way to do this.

Normally when multiple features with different pump speeds are simultaneously enabled, the EasyTouch compares the speeds and chooses the highest one. You know this already; it's why your pump speed increases to 24GPM when both Pool and Cleaner are enabled, and it's why you're concerned about the behavior if Pool, Cleaner, and Pool High are ever simultaneously enabled.
But there's a behavior that I couldn't find documented in the ET manual, but which is clearly the way that the EasyTouch -- at least my EasyTouch -- works: If multiple features are enabled, and their pump speeds aren't all RPM or all GPM, the EasyTouch will ignore the RPM values and run at the highest of the enabled GPM values.
So if yours works like mine, you can set the Cleaner speed in GPM and all the others in RPM. Then the pump will never run faster then the Cleaner speed while the Cleaner is enabled -- regardless of what else is also enabled.
I tested this out and this does solve my most likely scenario. If someone were to turn on the water feature now, it just runs at the same GPM that the cleaner is set to. The low flow through the water feature should then remind them to turn off the cleaner. However, I still have one circuit called pool that keeps the chlorinator going and that is set to a certain flow rate to ensure there is enough flow for the chlorinator. I have that set pretty low because I run that pretty much 24/7 since it only draws about 100 watts at that low flow rate. Turning off the cleaner then defaults to that GPM and the water feature would still run slow. This gets us something workable as they can then also turn off Pool and will keep the cleaner safe. It just feels like there should be something better. Like when cleaner is on, prevent X and Y circuits from being on.

If you switch the Pool circuit from GPM to RPM as well, the water feature will run at the right speed.
