I currently have no visible algae and my water is clear. We did have a ton of oak leaves and some debris blow in the pool over the past few days. I clean out the filter basket several times a day. I tested for combined chlorine and it's more than .05 different than my free chlorine. Should I do a slam? Water is clear. My other levels are as follows.

That’s your chlorine doing its job. What’s your FC? If it’s in range you’re fine.

You need a fas/dpd chlorine test (k1515) to get actual values for FC/CC. The block test is vague and also not accurate.

No. Your pool are clear and cc are 0.5ppm. But, if you lost more than 1ppm betwen sunset and sunrise you'll should do.

Debris and leaves must exit from pool.
