Breaker buzzing when Aqualink RS Turns on

It looks like you only need 2 spaces. (1) Double Pole Breaker.

Maybe just move the Heat Pump Breaker to its own enclosure next to the box.

A copper busbar is better than aluminum.

The description is inconsistent.

It looks like this comes with a Breaker.

This is a Quadplex Breaker, which allows two double pole breakers in a single (double pole) space.

The problem is that there are no GFCI Quadplex Breakers, so you will not have enough room for all new GFCI breakers.

In my opinion, the best solution is to move the Heat Pump 60 amp breaker to a separate enclosure.

Due to the large feeder wires, you can use Polaris insulated multi-tap connectors to split the incoming feeder wires into 2 separate wires that can go to the subpanel input terminals and the Heat Pump Extra box Feeder Input.

You would need to move the Heat pump conduit to the new auxiliary box.

Use black for normal wire and grey for finely stranded wire.

What is the feeder wire size?

To move the 60 amp breaker to a nearby box, you can use #4 AWG or #6 AWG copper THHN.

You would also need to include a #10 AWG copper ground wire.

Code requires GFCI breakers, so you cannot install regular breakers.

If the code changes from the date of install, you do not have to replace existing breakers, but if you do replace a breaker, it has to meet current code.

If you remove a non-code-compliant breaker, you cannot (legally) reinstall it.

The Quadplex Breaker does not come in GFCI, but you do not have room for two individual Two-Pole GFCI breakers.

I would replace the Busbar if it is damaged.

I would put GFCI on everything except the 60 amp Heat Pump Breaker.

I would move the 60 amp Heat Pump Breaker to a separate box next to the current box so that you get an open space for the GFCI Pump Breakers.

If you pull an old breaker for any reason, it is usually best to replace it.
