Rebuilt Pump Motor, Now Timers Don't Work

My pool pump motor went out so I took it off to have it rebuilt. I'm pretty sure the timers worked when I reinstalled the motor but now the timers are like bypassed as the pump just turns on high when I turn the circuit breaker on regardless of whether or not the timers are in override.

Have my timers gone bad? I don't understand it. The motor is a Century B2984 if it makes any difference.

In case anyone is wondering.....the electrician showed and it was working perfectly. Best guess is the high speed pump relay was stuck open and then released. Not sure if it's the coil or the microswith. We switch it to the other side of the relay as it's got two sides so we will see. If it happens again, it was likely the coil. If it doesn't happen again then it was likely the microswitch sticking.

Anyway, not too exciting but just my luck! Spent hours checking wires and relays and sure enough it works fine when the guy shows up! Oh well
