Likely not. Can't see the location of the plugs on either in the picture. If one or both are the lowest points, a significant portion will empty, but any section that has even a slight uphill run will retain some. And there may be pooling in the pump, multiport, valve bodies, etc. How much is the big unknown. If curious, after letting it fully drain, I'd take apart the multiport and the lower black valve, maybe even the pump, to see what dribbles out. If very little, your odds of any issue are smaller.
But blowing it out is far better insurance, and takes care of the lines in the ground to the skimmers/outlets too.
Leave the plugs out, the multi on waste, and the top of the pump pot barely covering it (not screwed down at all), so if something is missed, there is a chance for air compressed by freezing water to get out.
