Can you open a Jandy PLC 1400?

The cell is the same cell as the FusionSoft. The FusionSoft cell can be taken apart, which I have done (below). The connecter is in integral part of the cell plate. 3 cell plates have connectors on them. These are where all of the cells fail. So while you may have a cell with good interior plates, I think you will find none of the plates with the connectors are any good.

I think the PLC1400 cell is sealed and you'd have to cut it to get it opened.
