Previous owner didn't leave instructions. Looking for info about this Multiport. I want to get a new sticker but everything Im finding is upside down.

Note Backwash is at 12 O'Clock, and Filter is at 6 O'Clock, fairly certain Waste is at 8 O'Clock, but cant make out the others.
