Broken wall fitting during replaster

Hey guys. I need your help.

Any advice regarding a leaking pool after a new plaster job?

I did a entire pool leak detection. He stated it was the skimmer throat and one of my wall inlets fittings was broken off into the return by the plaster company.

My PB/plaster people have come out everyday with his own leak detection. SAys he fixed the skimmer throat but there is no leak in the return. Won’t acknowledge there is a broken fitting in the return and the new fitting was just put over it lol

He’s doing a few more “checks” and I’m trying to go through all the hoops with him to allow for a attempt at him fixing it

Has anyone ever had issues after a replaster that caused a leak?

In my leak report the guy stated my new plaster is defective d/t a poor start up and has delamination and is pitted and splotchy. I don’t really know what I’m looking at. But as always the PB/plaster guys say nope. Looks great. Is there another third party I can hire to inspect the plaster? Trying any last ditch efforts without any lawyers.

Reggie. Unfortunately I don’t have pictures of the alleged broken fitting/cracked return.

As far as the plaster issues. Honestly I don’t even know what I’m looking for. My 3rd party leak detection told me to get goggles and get in the pool to look lol
He was honestly very helpful and one of the few that have helped me with this nightmare.

To the unskilled eye I truly don’t see anything wrong with the plaster. It doesn’t look like what I thought it would finished product. (We’re 3 months out) but I’ve been giving it time.

I do have my report from my leak guy.

Side note. The leak he said didn’t exist in my return pipe…well when he plugged it this afternoon my water line hasn’t dropped the 2inches it usually does in one day. So we shall see
