Hi everyone,
I’m about ready to close the pool for the year and thought it a prudent time to deal with some of the surface tile/concrete issues.

Pictures are attached. Some missing tiles and grout at the skimmers and what looks like a previous seal job at the base of one of the skimmers near the weir door joint.

I tried looking for the right product and got caught up between silicone and cement and putty and epoxy so just wanted to put my trust in the community.

Thanks for weighing in!

The bond beam is moving/cracking and this is the reason for the tile falling off the face of the pool wall and the crack is around the skimmer mouth.
First thing to do is find out the extent of the movement and correct it from occurring again.
Then the tile and concrete can be repaired properly.
