Too Much Water Loss?

Hi there. I just found this forum and wanted to see if this is normal. This is my third summer owning a concrete pool. There is always some water loss due to evaporation, that accelerates this time of year as the nights get longer and cooler. I heat the water to about 80 degrees and have no cover. We went away this weekend, and as usual I turned off the system. I came home to find more water loss than I thought I should. I don't think there is a problem with the equipment - I have no problem with bubbles and see no unusual moisture. So I am wondering if there is a leak in the concrete. In the past I didn't think there was because it doesn't seem like I lose a significant amount over the winter (it is also uncovered then.)

How can I tell if there is any leaking? It *seems* fine. The pool isn't dirty or anything. Thanks.
