I replaced my liner during covid shortages and I was not able to get steps. They need replacement or a bath fitter for steps renovation. I have the bolts below the steps pushing through and I have metal stains on those bolts.

I have tried stain removers and vitamin C tabs with little to no Sucess. I also have some micro cracking on the surface. Any ideas on fixing it without ruining the liner ?

Thanks

Are you sure it's poking through ? Not one mark lines up with another and if you did have bolts under there, they'd likely be in a straight line. You'd also likely have a good leak with that many holes. At least one of them would be letting water out IMO.

Here's pics of mine they just installed for reference. The only bolts are to the side.

And they held my build for a year trying to get them. When they came they were the wrong ones and we didn't even care one bit at that point.
