I have Pentair VS pump set at 1800 Rpm’s and have had this as the default for the last 7 years. This year it seems like the first jet is pressurized and working fine but the other 4 are not pushing water unless I increase the speed at the pump 3-400 rpm’s. What could be causing the issue?

Assuming all valve positions are the same, decreased pressure at the returns is usually a sign of a dirty filter.
Do you monitor filter pressure? TFP recommends cleaning or backwashing the filter when pressure increases 25% over baseline (clean pressure).
How does the water look? Any cloudiness or signs of algae?

Water is balanced well and clean. I did add some sand to the filter last year after I cleaned it out. Could it be that since I did that it needs more pressure?
