Waterfall doesn't get enough pressure to clear side of pool.

The maximum speed is 3450 RPM, so you still have room to turn up the speed.

Feel inside the fitting to see if you feel a tiny hole or a bigger hole.

The bigger hole is big enough to fit your finger through.

The smaller hole is too small to put your finger through.

Unscrew the wall fitting and see if the red or blue disc is installed.

If not, install the red or blue disc, whichever has the smaller hole.

The discs should be in the Polaris box.

The disc just snaps in as shown in the video.

Reinstall the wall fitting after the disc is installed.

Then see if the waterfall sheers are better.

Turn up the pump speed if the sheers are still not good.

Excellent advice and knowledge from James as usual. The PB had no bizness putting the sheets that far back. They should sit very close to inside walls edge for ease of adjustment and flow. I do not like seeing 2" pipe glued over 1.5" valves, shows PB is trying to plumb on the cheap. You will have to shut all returns down and have 100% flow to the sheers to get good projection. Automated valves can make this a one touch process and it should have been plumbed to accommodate a single valve throw

Can you see if it's the red disc or the blue disc?

Try turning the pump up to 3,000 RPM.
I haven't had a chance to look or ask my son who hooked it up, but I read the hookup instructions and it said to use the blue disc and the red disc. The red disc is still in the bag, so I assume the blue disc was used. The pump was set to 4 speed which is the max and the max RPM is 2750 RPM. That's my understanding.
