Pool builder was just using normal returns in the spa. I purchased parajets that they could not get ahold of. The spa returns are 1.5 inch sch 40. The parajet bodies were supposed to fit inside 1.5 and outside 1” pipes.
They are prepping the pool for finish now and the parajet bodies are loose in the 1.5 inch pipe. The instructions say use 1” pipe. Anyone know if paramount changed the product?

5:11 shows the body snug on a 1.5 pipe

Do you have everything you need? My spa has 16 parajets and we went through alot to get them working correctly.
I assume you have the parajet housing that the faceplate attaches too;

Do you also have gunite Venturi tee’s for each housing?
Mine are 1 1/4” on one end and 1 5/8” on the opposite end and have a nozzle inside each.
Mine are from Waterway;

This is what the nozzle looks like.

Without these parts your parajets will not work properly.
Good luck.

I do know there are 2 loops and tees for water and air, but no idea what the actual parts used were. The parajet was an afterthought of mine after the gunite was done. I do know its 1.5" sch 40 returns.
The documentation that calls them parajets, only refrence 1" piping. I have part number 004852100000 bodies.
This is from the old twirlybyrd sales sheet:

Just looked, whatever these venturis are, they are long. at least 2" - possibly 3" long. This one is interesting in that its going to be really close to the finished opening.

Edit: Fairly sure thats a waterway 4" venturi nozzle. No idea what the actual tee is.

They already did the prep. I have an email into paramount - little hope i hear back from them. At this point i think i am just screwed. Looks like CMP Spamaster will screw into the returns. Not nearly as nice a finish.
