Pool water looked great yesterday but I woke up today and the pool seems to have a hazy green tint to it. I don't know of this is from the bad storm we had roll through last night.

I ran a full test and everything came back good (although I need to adjust some stuff).

I was hoping it was surface pollen or something so I'm trying to run the pool on a higher pump speed to see if it clears up

Is this anything to be concerned with?

Thanks everyone this is my first green pool experience

I don't know how well these show it and they actually make me wonder if I'm crazy and seeing thing (perhaps the clouds are making it look hazy)

When it comes to TFP clear water, we're all crazy  Not bad though, and tough to tell if it's "something" or just the lighting through the clouds as you noted. Maybe just watch your FC today or do an Overnight Chlorine Loss Test to be safe. You're not on a well are you?

Nope not on a well... We've had some pretty bad rains the past couple days though.

I need to add salt in the pool today so I'll have to shut the cell off the 24 hours with that.

Thanks

Should be no need for that. Not if the SWG has already been operating. That's just for new water. If you already have a saline level and it's just low, you can keep everything. An exception might be is if it's so low the SWG is throwing a low salt error and shutting down.

I did not know that I was told to always do it.

Unfortunately I let it go too long so my salt is at 2600 and the generator has shut off so it's probably safer to shut it off right?
