I was hoping for some feedback from the community on the specs / pool mechanical equipment. Does this look sufficient for the size of the pool, and does anyone have other recommendations that I should ask for?

If they do a good job, on time, the price seems par with today's crazy market. Increase the depth to a minimum of 3.5 feet (3 feet is a bit too shallow for laps). Everyone has their favorite equipment manufacturers. Availability is the main issue right now.
