So I have a soggy area beneath where my pool PVC plumbing is.

Suction and discharge run together. I've dug out the area but can't pinpoint the leak or leaks.

There are small bubbles comine out me returns but they are also present in my SWG which is very close.

Plumbing is somewhat temporary until a shed pad goes down.

How can I pinpoint the leak llocat

Going to have to dig out more and maybe shut the pump off to avoid filling the trench up with water to be able to find it. Or see if you can dig a trench to drain the water away enough to stop making the surrounding ground wet and find the leak.

So cannot dig a trench or 2nd hole for runoff as it is solid clay /rock past the depth of the pipes.

Any other ideas ... I think I'm going to keep digging towards the pool to see if the water is coming from there

One strategy I did when searching for sprinkler pipes is to dig about 3-6 feet away where I think the pipes are heading. If you can find the pipe that way and not connect that new hole with the previous wet hole, you can be sure that the water isn’t leaking from the new hole. Unless the new hole is wet in that case you can be sure the leak is near your new hole. Keep doing that until the new hole comes up dry.
