Hi everyone. I am getting ready to pour my concrete collar and I am wondering about something. Because I set my wall panels on paver stones, and also being that the clay likes to come off in chunks, this has left some gaps underneath my panels. Some places are minor other 2-4 inches. Should I be concerned about addressing this?

You need to block off the front of wal with boards amd brace all walls well. Concrete will flow under and support the walls. Doesnt have to be pretty the floor comes up 2 " onto the wall panels.
Hi there, @Krsmith42. I would love to see pictures of the boarding and bracing before you pour the collar.

Are you building this on your own? At one time I was considering that. Has it been difficult?
@klanel yes I have been doing myself with help from friends and family. I have a backhoe but had a guy with an excavator come help me a day. Had landscape company pick up dirt for free, I loaded. Lots of preparation and some specialty tools required but if you do your research it’s work. These folks here are a good resource for answering questions that we just don’t have the experience with.
