RUSTED Pool Light Rim and Screws

I have searched this forum and maybe I am missing the answer (or there is no answer).
My situation - Pool light works, rim totally rusted. Thought I would replace rim but screws are totally rusted also.
Light is beneath surface so much that emptying pool is not an option (would just keep rusted rim in place).

Is there any method to get this rim off without breaking anything? The rust has covered 90% of the screw face. Screwdriver has no real home in the screw (see pics).

Thank you for reading this.

You can replace the whole assembly if you know what type light it is... you can also replace the whole light with a new LED light but that would require the cable be pulled for the new light..

It sure looks like this one :)
