Pool not filling up (New liner, water running, vacuum for liner running)

I just had a new liner installed yesterday, and it looks great.

however, my hose has been running all day yesterday and throughout the night to reach the fill up line they marked.

the pool just doesn’t seem to be filling up past a certain point.

The vacuum to suction the liner has been running all day/night as well.

prior to this, the pool was filled and everything was fine.

I included two pictures, the one of the full back yard was taken yesterday.

What kind of filter do you have? If it uses a multiport valve check that the waste line is not leaking water. Only other thing I can think of is to check the seams of the liner (although it would be hard to miss an opening large enough to prevent the pool from filling) and plug the main drain to see if that helps.

Humm.. the multi port was set to waste, maybe this was causing a leak?

The liner seems quite fine from the naked eye.
I’m still a bit new, but if the main drain is in the deep end with all the current water, how exactly do you plug it?

I really hope, the multi port is what the issue was.

Was any water coming out of the waste line? If the main drain is leaking, you get someone to dive down, take the cover off the drain, and insert a plug in the line. The installer should be able to tell if something is wrong with the liner.

It’s hard to tell as it rained last night and raining heavily now (good for my case).

They’re suppose to come back today to finish but only when the water hit the waterline they left

You know, now that I think of it, even with my old liner and when the pool was running, I felt it was losing quite a bit of water every week.

not sure if there was a leak, or it sits in the sun all day, or Im just overthinking haha

It's your pump running? Unless it's on, or your equipment pad is below the current water line, is not possible for water to have been leaving through the waste line.

I see quite a difference in the water level between those two pictures. Do you have one from last night and one from this morning?

At a typical 10GPM through a garden hose, you're looking at 48 hours to fill a 25,000 gal pool. If your water pressure is low or you hose is more restrictive, then you're looking at longer to fill. Do you have access to a second spigot and hose to speed things up?
