Help on weird stains bottom of pool

2nd season with pool, no issues at all last year. Just opened pool other day and notices these brownish almost "rings" at bottom of shallow end and few in deep end. After shocking, I tried to brush/vaccum this up and it doesn't seem to budge. Still stuck there and its quite ugly. Pool looks great and blue otherwise.

Any idea on what this could be and how I can possibly get rid of it? Thanks!unnamed (1).jpg

Welcome to TFP! :wave: Looks like something sat for a while then dissolved leaving an outline. Maybe landed and slid a little? Well, I would try two tests:
- If you have a chlorine tab/puck, try rubbing it on one of the stains. Don't let it just sit in one spot too long because you don't want to create an acidic white circle mark, but keep it moving slightly in the area. That would confirm organic staining from worms or tree debris.

- Or try rubbing a Vitamin C tablet on a stain to see if it's iron.
