Separate Pump for Spa Jets going bad, have Pentair Intellflow Pump

Have a SS 2 hp pump used for 8 spa jets that is loud and going out. Added Pentair Intelliflow VS pump a couple of years ago whic runs In-floor vacuum cleaner & spa spiller. Have an old Aqua Logic PS4 Rev 2.66. I've read some like to have a separate pump not going thru the filter & some use just the Pentair for both. Since it's already plumbed for 2 pumps is that best or can the valves be set to run just the Pentair? A newbie here. Pool is about 11k gallons. Here is a pic of the setup. Thank you! The problem with running spa jets off the main filter pump is that the jets can be weaker than what you have now. It just depends on your setup and the current spa pump. To know for sure, I would need a lot more detail about the current setup: Pump model, pipe sizes, distance to the spa, number of spa jets, types of spa jets (i.e. nozzle size), etc.
