I thought I'd share some pics of my pool opening this year. I opened late, and as you can see I had quite an algae bloom on my hands. But with bleach, filtering, and elbow grease, got it cleared up no problem in 3 days. The big transformation happened over night. So grateful for TFP for teaching me about SLAMing my pool (rather than just shocking once). Makes it so much easier. My kids just had a great time swimming today (even though the water is only 62° F, they're crazy), and it's so fun to see!
