Wet Edge Issues

We finally saved up enough money to resurface our pool. Our pool guy recommended a contractor who recommended using wet edge. We trusted him and went with it. Two weeks in and we have white spots and discolorations. After getting the runaround with our contractor, we called wet edge. What age is telling us that the subcontractor who did the work is at fault. I feel like I’m going in circles, and I’m not sure what to do.Has anybody else had this product installed and do you have any suggestions on how I should proceed?

I have Wet Edge, Primera Stone. Did the Wet Edge representative inform you that the contractor is an "authorized installer" of their product? That is important for the overall warranty. Definitely appears to be a problem on the mixing, application, or forming of the Wet Edge product. Did Wet Edge indicate if they had any leverage on the contractor? There are several things to consider, did the contractor prepare the old plaster to receive the new Wet Edge plaster? Did they properly mix it? These are questions you should prepare for your contractor. Have you paid your contractor in full? Do you have any leverage on the contractor to make it right? That's all I can provide now but keep us informed as this progresses.
