Should this pool be restarted?

We've got a 22ft Intex Ultra xtr, 52" that has a high side and a low side and we're not sure whether to restart. It's built on tough clay north of Dallas, Texas with a layer of tarp, foam, and the Intex tarp (in that order) below the liner.

We started filling it and got about halfway and noticed we might need to pause and re-evaluate. Long story short, we've gone back and forth a handful of times whether to press on, make adjustments, or drain and restart.

Today I measured all the way around the 22 posts from the top of the water line to the edge of gray rim and found the high side to be at most 22.75" and the lowest to be 19" with a median distance of 20.25". The legs on the high half are sitting directly on the ground and the legs on the low half are sitting on 2x4s.

Those numbers tell me the high point is a statistical outlier (the number two highest is at 21.875") and the low point is not that far off the average. If I drop the highest and the lowest off the measurements, the difference drops from 3.75" to 2.625" between high and low. Also the difference between adjacent posts runs between an eighth to a quarter of an inch.

The posts are pretty straight front-to-back and left-to-right (nobody's perfect!), but some of the bulge of the liner gets pretty close to the posts to actually touching. Should we be concerned about that?

And finally, visually, the slope of the pool is noticeable if you look at the rim and you can see the height change from post to post. Not sure if this is a problem either.

So given all that, should this pool be drained and restarted? Here are some photos for reference:

I think 2" out of level is the max. Also, all the legs should be supported on wood or pavers. You want the bottom of the pool and the bottom of the legs to be at the same level. If it were mine, I'd drain and start again.
