In searching the forum, I saw many people purchased their Dolphin from Marina in CO. But I didn't see any recent posts about them. Still a great source? Our potential PB quoted us 1k for a robot (didn't ask what brand yet), so I am looking around on our own. We will have a Patrician style vinyl liner pool (about 18 x 36) with a 6' deep end. FULL sun and no trees (but kids and dogs...and my kids are always muddy somehow :laughblue:).

One day, when i can finally retire "Rita" (my Hayward Aquanaut suction-side cleaner), Marina Pools will be my GO TO to get my new Maytronics Robot.
Thanks and take care...

I also just bought a S200 from Marina. I called Margaret at Marina a few weeks ago and described my pool (no frills 18x36 rectangle) and that I didn't really need/want features like Bluetooth control and she recommended the S200. I then checked with a few local dealers that were no help, either saying they only sell the more expensive models or were way overpriced. There is an equivalency chart for other branding and I couldn't find it cheaper online either. I'm a new pool maintainer and have already grown tired of manual vacuuming, so I bit the bullet and ordered the S200 from Marina. It shipped quickly and came with both ultra-fine and normal filters. I used it for the first time tonight and it's awesome, the little workhorse did a great job cleaning the pool while I just relaxed. It was a little spendy, especially after I just shelled out a bunch of money to replace the liner and rehab the pool, but I hope to get several years out of it. I paid for it on AmEx which extends the manufacturer's two year warranty for an additional two years. I know, I know,"Extended warranty?? How can I lose???" but it might come in handy. Maytronics was doing a $25 rebate on this model but I think that just expired at the end of July.

After reading a few articles on this site and researching robots, I called Marina and talked to Margaret, she was fantastic to work with and make a good recommendation on a robot (Dolphin Active 20). She also offered to pull out the large filter as I have a screen enclosure and only need the robot to pick up sand / grass that the kids track in - knocked $50 off the price. Competitive price, great customer service, 3 day shipping via FedEx
