So, I've had my pool for the last 6 months. Fiberglass pool- darker color blue.
Began to notice very fine (difficult to take a picture but see below) whitish scratches along the walls of the pool. They do not look like scale (not from pictures I have seen of scale). I went underwater with a magic eraser and tried to "wipe" these scratches off but they acted more like scratches than stains and did not come out.
Water chemistry seems ok:

I was almost wondering if either the scratches were there during installation (like some rocks scratched the gel coat) or my dolphin M400 somehow caught a rock and scratched the gel coat. Or, maybe I'm just being totally paranoid and like my wife says, "stop looking so hard at the bottom of the pool". Let me know what you all think:
