Is it safe for people to swim. It looks like this wall is going to give. I was planning on having a new pool installed next year, so if you guys know of any easy fixes that may help me make it through the summer? Any help appreciated.

Me? I would be leery about that pool. It looks like your upright ahs disconnected from both the bottom track and the upper part of the wall, and the wall is starting to bulge.

If there is any sort of defect in your cove at that spot, the liner is going to go right out through the bottom. Or if there is any sort of defect in the wall to act as a stress riser, it could open right up.

You might be able to drain the pool a good portion, reattach the upright (provided nothing is rotted away) and then re-fill

Definitely would be very concerned about the wall blowing out with any sort of movement caused from swimming. I would drain some water down and carefully dig around the upright to get to the bottom plate and reattach as mentioned. Hopefully it won't be as bad as the plate rusting out and needing replaced. But if it is that bad then I would drain the pool and inspect every plate and screws and replace as necessary.
