I ended up getting a 33x33 round and cutting the edges to cover most of the pool surface. Can you confirm that the bubbles on the blanket face the water instead of the sun? I assume so since the bubbles increase surface area and would probably warm the water better. Just want to make sure!

Hey team, I have a blue vacuum hose that has a crack in it. I’ve gotten by with masking tape for the time being but it seems like a stopgap measure before I can get a new hose or, hopefully, replace the connector. Anyone know if these hoses can have the connectors replaced and where to buy?

An update here. After hours on the phone with Fluidra, they told me to buy a wifi extender. I did, and that extender also didn't work!! On a Hail Mary, I asked a buddy of mine if he had his old AirPort Express laying around. He brought it over and we set it up. Lo and behold, the robot connected...

@PoolGate ironically these new mesh systems only seem accessible through an app and not all of those settings are displayed. I even tried getting a WiFi extender and the robot won’t join the extension network either. Fluidra had me try getting the robot to join a phone hotspot and it worked, so...

@proavia I was able to track down the MAC address of the robot and reserved an IP Address, but it didn’t work - thanks for the suggestion tho!!

i wish I knew what that meant or how to do that. I know what a MAC address is and how to access them on your phones and other devices, but this g******n control unit has nothing about a MAC address. I managed to set the control unit up on my personal hotspot with my phone and I THINK I can see...

I feel your pain. Spent 30 min on the phone with their support folks who also had me join a personal hotspot from the wife’s phone to verify it wasn’t the control unit. I’m sitting her racking my brain trying to toggle every little setting in my Deco app to see if something fixes it…..looking...

Hi all, now that many of you have had your Aipers for 6-9 months+, how would you say they are holding up? My Polaris P825 motor block has become compromised, so I’m wondering if I should invest a new one of these, or replace with a Known Good used motor block for the P825.
