Hello! We are new pool owners so as a precaution, we hire a pool cleaning service. Today, I saw them vacuuming the pool while the multiport was in the Backwashing (and after rinsing) position. Isn't this a big no no?! Thank you in advance for your input!

Hi All! We have an in-ground pool, and vinyl liner. We live in Ontario. One of the return plug came off after the winter. We only noticed it recently as spring starts. We don't know exactly when the return plug came off. Now, we are worried that the water getting in the pipe might cause damage...
