Clear water 8ft deep..

I thought it was only 3 or 4 days but not consecutively that I let the chlorine drop to let swimmers in. I don’t think I let it ever drop below 7. But not certain. It was 8 months of algae growth and maybe even Yellow algae because it looked yellow... I guess it was just the breaking...

This is pool water only. I have put another 3 lbs in . I guess with all the backwashing And the monsoon rains we’ve had gave me fresh water. I lose 5ppm during daylight

I tested at 9p last night at 14ppm. I then put in a gallon of 10% and went to bed . 1 gal gives me 5ppm. I woke up to 20ppm. I’m not losing . But yet here I am. I’m really over pool ownership ? The photographs shows my steps where I poured a spot of chlorine there.. and the blue...
