Water has become somewhat cloudy and a bit green. I have put in 32 oz of CYA, which seems to be what pool math recommended - well a bit less, actually.

I have just taken over the care of my pool; and I have your test kit. But I am struggling with the CYA test: should the black dot disappear, or just go cloudy? I have tried it twice and each time the tube gets filled before the dot disappears. My FC level is 2 and my CC 1.5. What should i do...
