I think that fitting is too small for the sfs2000 skimmer??

Surely theres Something you guys are doing and not leaving that pump in the bottom of the skimmer right??

just like the title says is there a fitting out there that would allow me to eliminate the pump for a hose to go directly to the sand filter?

Ok guys got the sand filter hooked up. Works great. Only issue now is I need a fitting that will go into the bottom of my skimmer allowing me to eliminate the factory pump. As of now I'm doing the original pump with rotor removed method. everything works great but I would rather have a fitting...

a?nother question In all the setup videos that I've seen all of the pools have a plunger valve or even 2 this pool did not come with any nor did the sand filter do I need them and what is their purpose? can I just plum the filter to the pool directly

I bought the intex pump this morning from Walmart sand filter 2200 gph. it did not come with any fIttings or adapters what will I need for the Sams 20x 48 pro series pool?
