As I stated before call the manufacturer (Pentair) not your local authorized dealer and ask them straight up does this void my warranty. The answer I got was it does void the warranty. After talking to Pentair I contacted three authorized dealers and none knew this and all used Zeobrite.

My suggestion is to contact whichever fiberglass pool company you decide to use and ask them what type of filter to use and whether you should have a Nature 2 system installed. Also contact your filter manufacturer (if sand) and inquire as to the warranty of their product if Zeobrite is used...
