Here is what I am trying to do. I was thinking while I am at it, I could isolate both the heater and SWG. I only ordered 1 three way and 1 check valve for the heater. Now I am thinking the best way to do this would be a 3-way on each side of the SWG.

Since this pool has been installed I have been crazy about the chemistry. This is the first year I have run higher Chlorine because my CYA is reading 80. I assume this is from the Tri-Chlor, but I was using it because I had it and I was hoping Chlorine costs would come back down by next year...
