They did our plumbing and equipment install on the same day 05/24- the plumbing ditches stayed open for a week before the filled them back & we haven't seen any work since..... & the misses is getting antsy... I dont want to call and bug them (not likely to get an answer any how) just curious...

Enjoy the smoothed out yard for a minute! I think the open plumbing trenches were more of a mess for us since they ran along the house/patio and unfortunately stayed open for too long.

Looking great! They'll be blowing concrete soon- they did mine a day after the inspection on the steel/plumbing was signed off.

They are doing ours as well & so far we are happy with the process. When we went in to pick the finishes (plaster, tile, pavers etc) I walked in and saw walls of samples and fully expected this to be an upsell process (here are your 3 included choices- the rest are an upcharge kind of thing)...

Our permit approved on wed- on Monday they ripped up the grass and did the lay out tues. today- mud pit. No need for sprinklers 😂 hoping they’ll dig this week

Also, they had two other build going on within a few blocks of us, one is complete and one is on the finish line, both of them looked like they stayed right on their timeline.

Recognized the choices! We did wet edge Caribbean, Carrara nero, silver travertine and alpine mega old town. Waiting on our permits now.

The tile is NPT Carrara Grigio Gray.... guessing you’re using dreamscapes pools?
