I drained the pool and man was I shocked . the calcium was so bad I didn't even realize it until I saw the hydrazo dried. I put muriatic acid on it to test an it bubbled up right away. I'm going to refill and deal with it in the fall. Any ideas on how to remove this massive amount of scale?

J garden I agree , I was lucky and mine went out with same issue you mentioned at 33 months on a 36 month warranty. I installed mine but cant figure out how to connect to my new MSP. I added the number but cant connect.
