Yes! I got a replacement unit in about a week.

Another update as it still wasn't working. When we installed the Eero mesh system, we named both the Eero system and the AT&T wifi the same. We didn't turn the wifi off the AT&T router, but should have. Turned it off on Saturday and now everything works fine!

I’ve been traveling for work. Will see what I can do with new pics. In the meantime I’ll start shopping for a SWG.

PoolStored, I'm dealing with this now and did for most of last Summer. It's a pain and I'm very tempted to try Suncoast's Super Black Algaecide. I keep reading on here to not use algaecides, but my wife and I are so frustrated. I travel a lot and it's hard to stay on top of it. Talk me off...

Did a search for this very issue and found this thread. I get Remote ERROR:Gateway not found and when I "connect" to LOCAL, it appears to be connected, but isn't. Can't change schedules, turn on heater, nothing. Any suggestions before I call Pentair?

Figured it out. A buddy helped me with new WiFi equipment. When he finished, he put the transmitter behind the router so it was keeping it from transmitting.

For those who have this robot, has anyone else had issues with the power unit getting fried? Bought our unit in March and our second power unit died this past week during a storm. Our prior robot's power unit never had this issue. I have it tied to a surge protector, but likely need a stronger one.
