'Well that would be down to my good lady. She had 4 differing turf variants and she decided to choose the one with a little brown in the weave as it looked the most natural. She also stood on each sample and let her feet do the talking on the softness test. ;)

Thank you for your kind comments. First off Kim. Yes we have 2 filtration systems on 2 separate pumps. You can see them in the equipment photos. A small dual cartridge system for the catch pool and a large 4 cartridge filter for the main pool. Sorry to hear about your leaf problem. :( AmyJo...

The infinity catch pool is very clean. We have the usual debris as it acts as a large skimmer. We also have a separate filtration system for it which helps. I brush it every 5 days and that seems to work fine. No leaves as everything we have is evergreen. Maintenance free at the moment.

Thank you for the kind comments. We are very happy with the results. Here are some more photos in different lights. Accentuating the tile and water color. Also the hidden equipment located in the bench. The water changes so much in the light. Moving to a rich teal. No roof shots yet. Will get...

The above reference supplied by AmyJo was used by my pool builders to a certain degree. Our tiles were paper backed but they did screen them from direct sunlight for 28 days. The mortar bed was left for 3 weeks also. Cheers

No it's not J&M. There are 20 jets in the Spa and we wanted to add the blower for the hydro therapy jets. We also like the bubbles. It's a bit overkill but hey what the heck right? ;0)

Hi Brian. It is a polyurethane aluminized coating with high tensile strength. As for the brand I have no idea sir. They mixed it with a rough substrate (small grit like aggregate) to allow the plaster to adhere. There has been a significant amount of engineering on this build. Once the pool...

The tree is a ficus. The wall has been built with a pvc root barrier and reinforced concrete and damp course protection. We plan to keep the trees trimmed at 8ft with a 3ft width. We love the blackies tile. Tony. Thanks for the kind words.

No Kim I didn't watch them work but they are incredibly diligent chaps. Today we finished cutting the concrete after an acid wash and removed all the tarps. Next week we run electrics and equipment. The bar was polished today in order to expose the aggregate. It is fantastically smooth to...
