    Second season using TFPC Method

Ignoring the few little spots of dirt near the drain and along the left side of the decline, this is the result of the knowledge I have learned here. For all those fighting the good fight, best of luck and crystal clear sparkling water is on it's way if you follow the advice given!

    Help! Short term circulation fix

Well FedEx showed up with my replacement motor at 930 this morning. So need for a sump pump at all. Got it taken apart and mounted the new one and we're at full strength. However, I did give my family a good laugh spinning in circles last night circulating 2 gallons of bleach manually "Swan...

My little girl is turning 4 and we have a big swim party planned for family/friends Sunday 8/25/13. Last night my pump motor stopped running and was red hot to touch. I ordered a replacement pump motor but it may not be here until Monday! Water is beautiful now but I don't want it mucking up...

Anyone ever use a Preval Sprayer

After looking at my slide really closely I may be able to get away with using 3M Fiberglass Restorer and Wax. May not need to redo the gel coat after all. This stuff looks like it does a great job restoring shine to fiberglass boats.

Results of my first season using BBB

Thank you all for the kind words. The pleasure is seeing the enjoyment on my wife's and children's faces as they swim and play in it. It's great to show off my pool now instead making excuses for it's less than crystal clear appearance.

I want to apply a gelcoat to my fiberglass slide and found some good review of this product. Curious if anyone has used this device to apply a fiberglass gelcoat to refinish a slide. http://www.preval.com/what-is-preval

    On board with BBB

After fighting with my pool year after year with endless pucks, powder, water replacement and pool store snake oil, I have embraced the BBB method. I have read pool school and already have a greater understanding of not only what it will take to keep my pool trouble free but why it will as well...
