my vacuum always gets stuck..today i noticed that there was a lot of water being pushed out of the connection hose. The part that connects from the wall to the vacuum hose. there is a lot of water being pushed out of that connection so the vacuum isnt getting enough water pressure to keep it...

my vacuum is always stuck against the wall. every time i look at it, its stuck. If i move it it will go straight to the wall then get stuck. stay there for its allotted time until it automatically senses its stuck and pull away then straight into the wall again..what gives....why is this thing...

my vacuum has been running non stop since i started this process. So I am assuming the algae i am stirring up is dead since i am passing the OCLT and I have no CC's. I guess it will just take a little longer for the vacuum to get it all. I kept the FC at shock levels for an additional day...

So even though i look through to the bottom of the pool and it is clean and clear when I brush it i can see the algae or maybe its dirt clouds around the brush. So should I keep slamming until i brush it and nothing shows up?

I am passing all three phases. My water is clear however, only when I brush it is when I see the algae.

Came back from a 3 day vacation and there was thin layer of algae evenly throughout entire pool surface. My cya was about 40 so I brought the FC up to 16-20 and kept it there all day. I brushed the entire pool twice. The FC level only dropped a little once and I immediately replenished it...

i took the readings from my tfp test kit...so it looks like some ice melters are calcium chloride and some are just sodium chloride...i guess i got the wrong one, no wonder it was half the price of the other brands..i guess i will have soft silky water from the salt

I have a CH reading of 110 and the pool math called for 40lbs of calcium chloride. I added half of a 50lb bag and tested again and got the same reading. Two days later i added almost the entire remaining amount for a total of 45lbs and I still get the same CH reading...I used...
