Thank you for your response. I was informed by other members that my current setup is not recommended in what I'm trying to do. suction type vacuum > pool wall inlet Hayward Vac Lock Safety Fitting > 1" inch pipe inlet > 3/4 pump > 1" pipe out. I'm now looking into robotic cleaners.

Jason, Ok got it. I didn't know it was a pressure system until now. I checked the line where a presumed it was a wall suction and it's a 1" line with an enlarge adapter to fit a vacuum line. That's the line that has been capped off at the pump station. I guess I'll use my skimmer/vacuum...

One is the vacuum entry port in the middle of one pool wall, I think it's a 1 1/2" hole. I'm not sure where the other one leads, I'm assuming to the ports or port where the water returns. I'm going to uncap the 1 inch pipes and and run a hose thru them tomorrow to verify where they end up...

I'm confused because the pool use to have a booster pump setup for a vacuum cleaner. The lines were capped. Unfortunately, I don't know what was previously installed. I know the the old booster pump is a 3/4 hp. The inlet on the pool wall fits a vacuum pool hose.
