    Give your opinion on ScreenLogic2...

I did a self install hooking to my EasyTouch8 and it was a snap. I used the hard wired version since I was close to my router in my garage. Have only had one issue where I had to reset the screenlogic device. Other than that it has worked flawless. I really appreciate the ability to make...

    Is this Poop?

We have seen rats in our neighbors trees... found one in our overflow one morning. Gross! Varmints can climb and live in trees.

Android/iPhone control of Intellitouch and Easytouch

Nobody seems to know. I tried contacting the site owner and got a fairly vague response on when it might be available again. I ended up purchasing the ScreenLogic 2 and it is working just fine and met my needs.

How does a fountain cool the water?

8-) Thanks Brian... I think. Always liked physics, but don't get to use it much in my current work in IT.

How does a fountain cool the water?

If I can remember back to high school physics... temperature is an an average of the energy in any substance. Some molecules have more, some have less. Some of the water molecules are closer to a temp where they will move into a gaseous state, but are held in check by other close by molecules...

    SUCCESS!! ScreenLogic2 and EasyTouch8

So many messages about problems... but I wanted to report some success. Two weeks ago had an EasyTouch8 installed to control my pool/spa combination. Had a pro do that it is working as advertised. Made some schedules and all is well. Bit of a learning curve, but nothing I can't handle...

    New EasyTouch question

Figured this one out. On the intelleflow setting there was a speed set for SPA HEATER but nothing set for SPA. The system was just doing what it was told and shutting down the pump when the heater was not active.... Lesson learned! With SPA set to an appropriate RPM, all is well!

    EasyTouch/ScreenLogic2 and ATT Uverse??

Thanks Mark. I had not noticed that those who have had issues with the ScreenLogic were MAC users. I am not. I have an iPhone, but the PCs in the house are all Windows based machines of various types. I will be hard wiring to the ATT U-Verse router, so perhaps I am worried about nothing...

    New EasyTouch question

Nope, cannot be over heating. It is a newish(6mo) pump and it stays pumping in pool mode....Before I had the EasyTouch, the heater regulated the temp, and the pump never stopped running at all unless I turned it off. I cannot understand why it would overheat in spa and not pool mode. The pump...

    New EasyTouch question

Just got an easytouch installed today. Still trying to fully understand it and I am a bit confused. Mostly around Spa mode vs Pool mode. It appears in pool mode even if the pool is up to temp, the pump still runs, but in spa mode, once set temp is reached, the heater goes off as expected, but...

    EasyTouch/ScreenLogic2 and ATT Uverse??

Mark, Since you are a Pentair installer, have you installed a ScreenLogic system on an ATT Uverse router? I do appreciate the info you shared, but that was my original question. :)

Just sent a direct email to Autelis about availability and a matrix. If I hear anything back I will add it here.

    EasyTouch/ScreenLogic2 and ATT Uverse??

Jason, Thanks for that info. I believe someplace in this forum, I asked if there was a features comparison matrix of these two devices. No response. Do you have such info available? I also seem to remember the device was out of stock and no note on availability. Has that changed? -SeanM

    EasyTouch/ScreenLogic2 and ATT Uverse??

My plan is to run the wire to my router. I have about as 25' run from the pad to the router with one through wall hole, so a hard wire solution should work for me.
