Not sure why the video isn't loading.

Model # is P-R336A-EN-X Also makes a loud humming sound upon initial start up. It eventually gets better until it shuts off with the error code. I also saw a video that suggested a reset of the temperature sensor ().

I have an almost new (installed 2021) Raypak above ground heater. I only use it sparingly to get temp up that extra few degrees when having company. I had Leslie's out for diagnostics and they said everything looked great until it shut down (HL2 error) while they were there testing the unit...
