i pressure washing it inside and added 100 lbs of new sand. rinsed it well. disassembled and cleaned everything

Bought new sand after 2 hrs of wahing old sand still nasty stinky n chunky. New sand was rinsed for an hr til clear. Am i good to go ? Did i miss anything?
