    I think you’re right. Replace motor or buy new cleaner? Just replaced power supply last summer (~$300).

    I have a Dolphin M400. One track moves normally while the other one does not. No obstructions. Replaced power supply last year. Could it be the blue cord? Or is it more likely the interior motor?

    Did you figure out the issue? I have exactly the same problem. Any chance it’s the blue cord? I haven’t replaced mine yet. It’s 6-7 years old.
