If I remember correctly I used the new brushes hole layout and drilled out the Whale Tail with new longer screws. I can check when I get home in a few days....

The pool company that installed my pool left a good quality brush that I never used because I had bought a wall whale. My whale brush broke in the same spot as yours so I just screwed the whale tail to the other brush. It fit perfectly.

Definitely did not get the "A" team on that one. Looks more like the "D" team. Sloppy uncaring (or inexperienced ) work. Trench drains would have a much better (more expensive) option. From the pics it appears the drain is set plenty low enough, they just did not take the time to get the pitch...

Yes they are... Not at all.. I personally would set up a "float pole" with that recommended sensor. Just fill a 1.5 or 2" pvc pipe with sand or concrete and attach the floats to that so you can easily take out the pole and adjust them without pulling the pump. Then try to find a level...

The lay out and cuts can be a bit of an art in itself. I personally would let them know to put as many as they feel are necessary. Some times they will be reluctant to put to many in as most folks do not like to see them. I would much rather look at more cuts as apposed to cracks....Just My...
