My grandmother owns property with a pool and we have decided to open it for our renters. It’s been about 9 years since the pool was last opened and it is an Ester Williams pool built in 1961. It is an all concrete pool with a vinyl liner (which has been replaced about 3 or 4 times since its original installation).
