We have a 3.5k vinyl, endless pool. Indoor & always covered. Over winter the water went untreated due to illness and we hoped no light would keep it clear. However, it did develop algae growth. Water is city water and tests ph consistently in high 7s low 8s. We've been trying to clear this up...
