    I am not sure if the 2nd picture uploaded the first time, showing up close the fried frog that damaged the board. But here is another update - the heater ran fine for about 5 hours.     I don’t have a nanometer. I had the same issue / error before and after I replaced the whole pilot assembly. So I am thinking that it is not flame rectification issue then?

    Natural gas. I believe the service menu scale for the flame strength is from 0 to 10. And anything above 4 is good.

    Also, When the burners are on I am getting a reading of 8. Should this indicate that the gas pressure is good?

    I have a Raypak P-M266A pool heater, about 5 years old. First I got Rollout SW Open error. Replaced the Rollout switch. Next I got the Ignition Failure/ no pilot sensed. I replaced the Pilot Assembly. And now when I turn on the heater, it works for a few minutes, and then the burner goes out...
